Our Graze Tables are lavish edible centerpieces that are sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests. Our grazing tables include a curated selection of artisan cheeses, cured meats and charcuterie, fresh seasonal produce, selection of dips and spreads, fresh breads and crackers, local artisan preserves and honey, olives, nuts, sweets and more, all styled into a work of art!

Graze Table FAQs

  • We offer two design options.

    Flat lay tables are beautiful displays set on butcher paper, with disposable palm leaf platters.

    Dimensional displays incorporate wooden boards, stands, and risers for an elaborate multi level spread.

    Either design can be customized to fit the feel, theme, or aesthetic of your event, and include fresh florals and greenery.

  • Yes! All tables will be set up on site starting 1-2 hours prior to your event.

    Travel (within the Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota metro area) and set-up are included in the price. Clean up after the event is not included, but is available upon request.

  • We have done Graze Tables for weddings, showers, private parties, fundraisers, corporate events, brand launches, graduations, housewarming parties, and more! Graze tables are perfect for so many events because they make a gorgeous and impressive conversation piece, offer a large variety of food options for different diets, and promote socializing and mingling among guests!

  • We have done Graze Tables for as little as 45 people and as many as 250 people (so far)! We can advise on the size of table based on guest count, and we offer a number of optional items to supplement our base offering if desired.

  • Both! Tables are great for appetizers or a cocktail hour while guests are mingling.

    We have also had many hosts provide a table as the full meal, especially when they want the event to have a more laid back and social vibe. If the table is for a full meal, we supplement our base offering with additional cheeses and meats. We also offer a number of options (crostini, shrimp, pasta salad, sandwiches) that can be added to round out the meal!

  • Yes! We are based in Plymouth, MN and cater in the entire Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and beyond. Travel within 20 miles is included in the cost, and we can travel to events outside this area for a small travel fee.

  • Pricing is per person, and starts at $19 per person for our base option. Onsite tables require a minimum of 45 people. Please contact us for more pricing details.

  • We ask that the customer provide a table or flat surface of the correct size, and table linens if desired. Tables should be set indoors, or in an appropriate outdoor location (cool, shaded, and ideally covered). We will advise on table size, and other items recommended for an outdoor table.

  • We are excited to offer portable graze tables. This is the perfect solution for events with more than 25 people but less than 50 people. Our portable graze table looks just like a table we build onsite. Instead, our team assembles the table in our commercial kitchen on a massive 4-5 ft. board. The board is then delivered at your event and takes only a few mins to set-up. Please contact us for additional details!
